May is Mental Health Month: May 8th

May 8th Nature Mandalas
 
Head outside and collect different nature objects (leaves, pinecones, rocks, etc.). Lay all of your nature objects out and sort them by size, shape, and color. Pick a place outside to build where your mandala won't be disturbed (a flat surface works best!). Start to create a simple pattern or shape by placing a larger object in the middle and layering other pieces in a pattern around it. Keep adding rings and layers to your mandala, using objects of different sizes, colors, and textures. Keep adding until you feel like your mandala is finished. Revisit your creation over a few days and document the changes that wind, rain, and sun make to the formation. https://bit.ly/3f2hfgz
